dining set, four chairs and table !

designed bij Gijs Bakker in 1974 for „Castelijn“ (netherlands)
„The underlying idea was to reduce the complexity of the chair's form until a powerful image remained. The chair is made of 6 strips of laminateed beechwood 11 cm wide, linked by dowels. The layers of wood are pressed into a mould with glue and harden in the desired form.

This vintage item has no defects, but it may show light traces of use.
